We believe that each individual has a unique talent pattern comprised of 3 assessment tools and 17 dimensions that must be evaluated both individually and on their integrated pattern.

Our ability to analyze the results of these assessments provide leaders with the tools to select the right talent and make measureable improvements in business practices and results. The tools we use are independently validated and we take great care in mapping what they measure to an organization's existing competencies and metrics. All tools are available through Internet access and can be administered by GLS or the client.
